Vigour 25/06/2024It is a well-made item that I found a bit tricky to use on staircases because of its weighty steel construction when laden. The size of the wheels is a two-edged sword because the payload pulls in the opposite direction of travel whilst using the stairs and doesnt give the user a chance to rest between stair treads. Whilst assembling this item it is beneficial to have a mallet on hand to secure the wheel retention caps in place because they are very difficult to secure by hand!

Blooming 15/04/2024As ages progresses hauling things around the house and garden have become more difficult, this trolley helps immensely with that. Bags of gravel, gas cannister for gas fire etc makes transporting them about very easy. Plus the wheels mean I can manouyup and down steps with no major issues. Excellent buy!
Kim 17/01/2024One thing that spooked me a bit was when it arrived, the wheels are not attached. You have to attach them yourself by placing them on the axel and then pushing on a chrome wheel hub to hold them in place. It doesnt look like they would stay on, but mine worked great.
anonymous 25/03/2023Excellent sturdy product, does the job as described. Very good smooth order processing from supplier. Quick delivery and outstanding tracking and communication from courier. Only one minor downside was the instruction diagrams that accompanied the product: it was unclear - to me at least! - how to adjust the height of the handle. I unscrewed the red fittings on the central bar before realising they were attached to the handle operating spring and it was devilishly tricky screwing them back on! Also, it would be good to have an intermediary handle height option, not just entirely retracted or fully extended (I'm a fairly short older woman...) All in all, 5 stars all round. Thank you.
