First time ordering with website. Sceptical but was encouraged as I recognised products from other company providers, which I’ve bought from prev. Easy to order and apply discount voucher. Received order email straight away. Prices are respectfully competitive with other website providers; definitely one of the best value and fantastic quality goods. Very fast delivery. Was slight issue whereby my barbell bar rod was delivered but box 2 with the weights was missed. Emailed customer service and was sent a generic but practical response. The driver came back 2 days later and was very apologetic, polite and very helpful going out of his way to bring the box inside as it was very heavy. Fantastic service. Logistic issues happen. That’s part of warehouse to home delivering. The bar itself is fantastic quality. Heavy with rubber non slip grip edges. Weights are solid. I could have shopped around and probably got it slightly cheaper but I’m very happy with my purchase. Thank you! 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤭👌🙌🫶
