Facili da assemblare sia se si vuole usare singolarmente o con asta lunga.. riempiti a sabbia le due estremità si uniscono con una filettatura e infine ci sono dei bulloni in plastica per fermare i pesi.. per non far muovere i manubri mente sono a terra ci sono dei cerchietti piatti vicino ogni peso così non rotolano . Corriere gentile è pacco integro tutto come da descrizione
