Good quality trampoline for a fair price.
robert 10/01/2023I have used a metal spring rebounder previously, but found the bounce very stiff.
After reading up on the differences between sprung and bungee rebounders, i decided to give this one a go, as i suffer with a bad back and wanted a softer bounce for a lower impact workout.
I didn't want to pay a huge amount of money either, but felt this model could be a good budget-friendly option.
I am so glad I ordered this model, the quality is brilliant!
The bungee ropes are super stiff, but with a bit of hubby's help I managed it without too much trouble.
The bounce is perfect - not too soft like a big trampoline but not too stiff either.
The bigger jumping surface area really makes a difference too, i don't feel like i might accidentally put my foot off the edge of the rebounder when bouncing fast now!
Just make sure you have space for it, as the bungee rebounders are bigger than the sprung models.
I also found a whole host of rebounder videos on YouTube which means i can now do different classes each day for variety.
20 minutes of rebounding made me extremely sweaty and i didn't need to leave my house!
Who needs an expensive gym membership?!
