Overall this product is really good. I love the fact that it has a full 24hr timer and that you can set it to come on for when you get home. I set the timer to come on in 6 hours (out shopping for the day) and when I got home I was happy to see that it was on and my room cold!! (in 30degree heat) The only downside I would say is that it’s a little loud, even on sleep mode. But then again, it is an air con machine, so you can’t expect it to be whisper quiet. Also, the window kit is only for sliding windows so I had to purchase another kit to fit my windows.

Mrs Pam Williams 30/04/2023I haven't used this unit yet so only 4*. I have switched it on to check working OK and am pleased that it is much quieter than my old one especially on the lower setting. Looking forward to trying it out properly in the summer!
