susan 04/10/2023I bought this gorgeous bike for my granddaughter. It arrived a day and a half later. Sufficiently packaged. The delivery driver was curtious, friendly and respectful when delivering the package. The instructions for asembly was clear, consice and easyn to follow. The product is of high quality, lovely design and choice of colour options. My Granddaughter who is 2, absolutely loves it . Thanks to it's design where the seat can be moved to accommodate growth/longer legs, means it'll last for several years. The bell that comes with it is an added confidence booster when cycling. The only attribute the bike would benefit from, is a shopping compartment at the back. It would be great for her fluffy companions or helping with mum and dad's shop.
