My item arrived damaged however the company have been quick to respond and send out replacement straight away. The item looks like it is really sturdy and easy to put together. Customer service amazing. Will use this company again
Belinda 13/06/2024Overall, this is a nice useful, sturdy piece for the price. I love that beneath the cushion, there was even a little extra space that I was able to store the dogs sweaters and bandanas, while his leashes, collar lights, and doggie bags went into the drawer. The only problems I encountered were that one of the prepared spaces did not have the plastic insert for one of the screws. Not a big deal, or in a load bearing, or overly important place so I simply added some putty, inserted, and left it

Ian 30/05/2023Arrived on time well packaged. Took me about 3 hours to assemble on my own.Some tricky balancing moments at first but I got there. In places a short handle screwdriver required and a spot of wood glue required for pegs in seat but overall very pleased. Looks good and will do the job. Bought 2 so think the second one should only take about 2 hours to build now I've worked out instructions! Lady in her 60s if I can build it anyone can.Sturdy decent value for money.
