anonymous 12/05/2025ordered just before bank holiday, arrived 2days later. lovely chair very comfortable, but it came without the electric plug in things.. customer service was amazing gave me £40 refund for the inconvenience of having a chair that didn't work! also sent out the missing parts. now bare in mind I only needed the plugs, but they sent out the whole bottom part of the chair with a side arm! (I had to get it all out of the box to retrieve said plugs from the bottom of chair) this very heavy box is now stuck in the hallway for 2days before they can collect. wouldn't be so bad, but I live in a small flat.. with only one way in and out! would I buy from this company again.. yes! because apart from the obvious they did their best.and the chair once set up properly was worth it! delivery drivers aren't the best unfortunately.
Celia Howard 30/04/2025Very happy with the oversized riser recliner chairs the only thing that could make it better would be a choice in colours. They were easy to put together but heavy. The price was a deciding factor to try these chairs. Did not like the tracking service it was never updated until the morning of delivery. delivery was morning and the driver was very helpful and brought the boxes right to the door. Would I buy these again Yes I would. Many thanks Aosom.

anonymous 19/10/2024I ordered this chair on the Monday it was delivered on the Thursday great service kept me informed at all times got emails and text about day and time of delivery the timing was spot on the chair is comfy easy to build no tools are needed comes in two boxes the guy put them in the room I wanted took my son 10 minutes to unpack and build I’ve had it a few weeks now and controls are easy to work I would recommend this chair my only complaint is that it is a bit slow but the movement is very smooth on sitting back and standing up definitely would buy again
