anonymous 01/07/2024I bought this chair for my mum as she suffers from a bad back. It’s very comfortable & easy to use the massage controls. I actually ordered the wrong chair to be honest, I thought it was an electric recliner not manual. It’s very hard for me to push it so it reclines, she can’t do it at all at the age of 86 but she finds it comfortable to sit in so decided to keep it anyway. I’ve only given it 4* due to the difficulty in reclining the chair, if you don’t have back & neck strength to push the back of the chair back then this chair is definitely not for you.
