This is a lovely recliner . But not suitable for people with back conditions. Whatever you do do not try sending it back as they DON'T LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY BACK. PLUS YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS & IT PROVES TO BE VERY COSTLY .
Mrs Lesley Stevens 12/08/2025I purchased this item from a different company not easy to put together but did it. bottom cushion is a bit too firm, nice and comfy apart from that, back could be a little bit higher but it would be good if OUTSUNNY could have supplied a cover to be purchased to go with it

Need to carefully getting out of the Chair as foot part Can spring back up if Not pushed back into positions need to have strong legs or Strong Hands shame its not automatically done. Its also Not easy pulling the Arm up for foot rest. No good for really elderly person. Im 76 and find it just about manageable. (With effort.)
