The chair was perfect for my dad who has mobilty issues.. It was pretty easy to put together as the customer service online had advised. However I was informed via email that I would be contacted by the courier about what day and time they would be delivering. They did not. We returned back after being out to finding the box in the public lobby area without a notification of delivery or communication. My dad is on a first floor flat. I understand that they do not need to carry it up but it was a struggle to transfer it.
S T. 12/08/2025When you assemble the fan make sure you place the plastic round mister onto the front of the fan casing first because it's a pain when you forget it and have to take apart the the fan case wich takes awhile to put on and tighten up like I did.
Robyn 23/07/2025Good value for money. Mist function is ok but not what I expected to be, more noticeable in a small room. Love the fact it’s on wheels, easier to move around. It’s powerful, better than a normal pedestal fan but it is noisy.Assembly was ok, instructions could be better.Love the remote control and colour, stylish enough.Overall a good fan, dogs love it too!

My mother is 95 and this provides everything she requires with simple operation. Ordering was simple, we were kept updated on delivery and assembly was simple. Highly recommended.
