Surprisingly good Smith machine for the price. No frills, it's just the meat and potatoes and at times the weights don't slide over the rails super smoothly but it generally works well. A small spritz of WD40 may help ease the slide. Weighting it down properly first is key, as it's of fairly light (but sturdy) construction and getting yourself set in the right position is important. Maybe get someone to tip you the first time or two until you get the hang of it if you've never used one before. All in all though, it does what it's supposed to and at a significantly lower price than i've found elsewhere so i've got no complaints.
