When my father first started using it, he found that the extension was a bit laggy. After contacting customer service, he quickly helped to solve it. The service was extremely attentive.

anonymous 23/06/2024From ordering, delivery was very quick. The item was well packaged and nothing missing. The only niggle was that the stitching on the fabric roof wasn’t great and had some marks but customer services sorted that out. Just to be aware that the instructions state that the slatted section goes on the 2.8 side but it actually goes on the longer 3m part. This enabled me to have the slatted section at the front.
