One of the screws sheared off when putting one of the chairs together,so unable to complete it. Emailed company and they have sent a new replacement chair straight away. Now that's a good company.

anonymous 18/04/2024I had been looking to replace an old and tired cane consevatory settee and chair, I saw an advert for AASom, I found my choice immediately, I ordered late afternoon, it was delivered the next day before lunch. WE were a bit concerned how we would get on putting the chairs together, but it wasnt too bad, all the pieces were present, the instructions were easy to follow pictures. It said it would take 2 people 2 hours, took us about 3 but we werent rushing. The finished result looks smart, is comfortable and well built. The chairs can easily becarried outside to go on the patio if we ever get any good weather !
