The seats are very comfortable once put together. They were fairly straightforward to put together, but just don't tighten everything up until all the screws are all in. Now enjoying them on our decking 😁

anonymous 26/05/2025Very pleased with this furniture HOWEVER Customer Services abysmal. Ist Delivery was one box marked 2/2. on querying was told initially 2nd box to follow. What followed was a distressful week where I was constantly told the POD said 2/2 delivered. In fact the POD clearly said only I box loaded. Took countless e mails & phone call before POD correctly read and 2nd box being sent. So frankly would not use Co again as far too stressful. Offer of 15.00 accepted as compensation.

Steve 23/01/2025This bistro set is lovely. It looks great in our summerhouse and is very comfortable to sit on. I have only given it 4 stars, the washers that is supplied with the set pull through the frame, this makes the assembly a little difficult. Great set of chairs n table.
