I ordered the item recently it's lager item so it was split to to packages first came promptly but the second is not delivered yet I spoke with the customer service the delivery should be here 3 Days ago not sure what is happening

This is a perfect addition to out summer living. It is comfy and looks great. There is plenty of space and the added fly sheets make such a difference especially in the early evening. We love this.

love this item, so much, and so do my kids even after calling it mums princess seat >.<. now the very top bar did break at the melded part when i was putting it together which had me thinking oh no as cant put canopy up without. however aosom went above and beyond and sent me a replacement part as well as some other parts whcih makes me very happy and sure to enjoy my order for a few yrs. great company.. customer service can be bit hard to get ahold off but it was all resoved in a timely manner. shall be ordering with this company again and enjoy my purchase
