Outsunny 3 x 2.5m Electric Awning with LED Light and Remote Controller, Aluminium Frame Retractable Awning Half Cassette Sun Canopies for Garden Patio Deck Door Window

Having watched lots of videos showing how easy it is to assemble this awning, so I decided to buy it and give it a go. It would make is so much easier if Outsunny just put easily peel off stickers on every part of the awning. Unfortunately on my unit the bracket on the left arm (the motor or winder side) B that bolts onto one of the parts FF had been drilled crooked. So I contacted Outsunny and sent pictures of the faulty part. They said if I could get the part drilled / have a new thread in it locally they would give me a partial refund to cover the expense. I got a local garage to drill it etc and they charged me £50 which Outsunny promptly refunded to my bank. Once the bracket was sorted I spent hours putting the awning together, I put copper grease on all the bolts to stop them rusting. Luckily I have a 16mm drill bit. Once it was on the wall I just plugged the unit into an extension lead to test it. The remote control worked with out any setting up. It just needed the end stops adjusting that only took 2 minutes. This awning also has white LED's that are fitted under neath the folding arms (B & C) it looks lovely in the dark.Despite the problem with bracket B I am still giving this awning 5 stars because the customer service from Outsunny was first class. They did not try to blame me or wiggle out of getting the awning fixed. It seemed to me that pleasing the customer was their main priority.
