On erecting the gazebo there was an issue with part of the stitching, I contacted the company on a Sunday, and within the hour I had a very positive response in resolving the issue I had encountered. The product was very good quality and sold at a very competitive price. The company made me feel valued, giving me assurance that they are at hand to help. I would definitely recommend them.

This product has brought a whole knew use to our garden. Yes we use it throughout winter, through rain, hale and snow which it doesn’t say on the box :-) and the company do not recommend or guarantee use if it is used in this way, as it’s not I guess what it’s designed for, extremities! If it was you could add another £500± to the cost I’m sure. Granted it’s not waterproof at extremes, yet we simply place a furniture cover over the furniture when needed, as we would in winter and summer months anyway! It is incredible sturdy and with both sandbags and tie ropes attached to surroundings, it has managed to up stand incredibly strong winds. It was so simple to erect yet I’d say a two man job for ease. What else! It is incredibly beautiful to look at and has had WOW! reactions from anyone who has seen it. I am a yogi and meditator and the feel of the design is very relaxing, not just like a square tent feel you get from some designs, it actually feels like a little outhouse! Instructions simple, good quality, adjusts levels with ease, beautiful fabric and colour, arrived on time no hassle, SUPERB! VALUE! FOR MONEY! Thank you Outsunny for making this fabulous product x

Very sturdy and looks really lovely. My sister in law immediately bought one for her garden when she saw it. It looks much more expensive than I paid for it. Really easy to pop up but needs a bit of effort to pop into place. Definately a 2 man job but was up in 30 minutes. Best thing I have bought this year. We screwed it into our decking and have had a few blustery evenings and it survived undamaged.

Bought a gazebo from we’ll know retailer last year and was more expensive but did not last very long and quality was poor. Just purchased this and already well impressed cheaper ,better quality and looks really nice.Very easy to erect and a perfect size can easily fit large table and six to eight chairs. Came with all accessories as stated and only took three days for delivery. 10 out 10 P.s. I don’t usually wright reviews but though I would on this occasion as I am so pleased. Honest review Ian

Seems to be well made overall, with only a few minor stitching imperfections. The gazebo looks great and provides a nice sheltered space in the garden. The only issue I found is that the “pegs” are quite tiny, so I bought larger ones to make sure the gazebo stays in place. It offers good shade and light rain protection, though I wouldn’t rely on it in heavy downpours. Assembly was easy, and once set up, it feels secure. For the price, it’s a good purchase.
