Everything was excellent
Malcolm 30/05/2025Very happy with the purchase. Arrived quickly, took me just over and hour to build it, its a little fiddly with small screws. Seems like good quality, sturdy and good simple design. Used it over the weekend and it fired up straight away, didn’t take long to heat up with the lid down. No major complaints, made some nice burgers and sausages with it.

When l assembled the side burner control it did not align with the cut out in mounting plate, and was half a hole out, which meant the gas pipe was too short and no way to make reach the pre cut hole. I had to elongate the hole and the screw fixings, which took a while making sure the control surround covered the larger hole I needed to cut.

Steve Blades 13/06/2023Avoid at all costs The item sent had broken parts. 9 days of phoning, leaving messages and sending emails has not yielded any response or even acknowledgement of contact. The BBQ is not safe to use until faults corrected. I have had to involve my bank to chase. Order number 20600256957. Would never use the company again.
