Item arrived in quick time. One of the legs got damaged in transit and they were quick to arrange delivery of another leg which was also slightly damaged. Overall the pergola looks very nice once assembled
GRAHAM P. 10/09/2025Well built not sure how long the cover will last maybe a replacement is available. Had not problem building but 2 persons are needed to erect it in place . Could do with a longer string to open and close the cover .

anonymous 02/06/2023fast delivery. Excellent product. Easy to construct (Me, my mum and my sister). Seems sturdy but have managed to screw into flag stones which are really heavy so should keep it in one place. Check inside some of the larger poles for any parts that maybe missing.

anonymous 08/04/2023For the money I can’t fault this product, plus it arrived incredibly quick. The instructions are pretty clear and straight forward to follow - we had it completed within a couple hours. Packaging is good, although a few slight scratches and dents but nothing worth complaining about. (Box in tact so not caused by delivery). Ours is currently on a patio and we will have to secure to the ground to give it some sturdiness and make sure it doesn’t go anywhere in the wind. (Although it is quite heavy so don’t it’ll get blown over etc) Only niggles are that the canopy only opens to 1/3 and the eyelets are plastic which attach the canopy to the rails - but in grand scheme of things not a major issue. All in all a good purchase.
