This is my first time of ordering from Aosom and the whole experience was excellent. Easy to order, there was a delay with the delivery, nothing to do with Aosom, it was a delay with DHL, as my goods were shipped the day after I ordered and even with the delay, I had my item in less than a week. The price was excellent and the product is a really good quality. It was easy to put together as in the base and I am really looking forward to using it. All in all, a very good experience and a company I will use again without any hesitation.

anonymous 03/07/2023Very easy to put together. Very sturdy once weights are on. A really lovely looking parasol, very easy to use and looks very nice. The only downside is it's supposed to be grey but I would say the umbrella is fawn as the pole it comes with is brown!
