Had hole in tent and they just kept offering me a discount. I wanted a replacement and sent them days to collect and exchange and they just ignored me. Don't buy from here

Basma Abu Arqub 16/06/2024Tent is nice and spacious, two bedrooms and decent communal area. Pretty easy to set up. Ground sheet for the centre isnt big enough to reach all the way across so grassy gap between the rooms. Not appropriate for heavy rain, one room flooded. All in all cheap tent, but get what you pay for.
