Aosom Customer 24/07/2025Gazebo is good. Looks great and plenty of space. Was a small fault in fly netting screen which is only reason that I took one star off but company has been excellent with great communication in getting this remedied.

GIG1984 06/05/2025A wee bit more work than I thought to build but you only do that once, I also had to order additional bolts to permanently connect all three seats together also not a big issue, arrived a good 4 days before expected looks great in the garden would highly recommend

anonymous 21/09/2024Not a bad product...but: 1) The back-rests are too high so when you lean back, the cushions push through them meaning your back rests on the top bar. I sawed about 50mm off the bottom legs of each back-rest and re-drilled them so the top bar of the back-rest now sits lower than the top of the cushions. Ideally, as well as being lower, the back rests should have another spar near the top to stop the cushions pushing through (on the 3 seater version, the cushions appear to have a flap on them that slots over the back-rests to address this problem) - I am going to rivet some on over winter. I am also going to send the cushion covers to Tent Valet Services in Bolton over winter so they can sew some straps on to hopefully stop the cushions slipping about. 2) The fixings are poor quality and the heads of the hex screws deform easily when tightening. 3) The method of fixing the sofas and corner section together is velcro straps - this just seems like an after thought...I plan to drill and bolt the frame together so it doesn't move about. 4) The seat cushions slide laterally along the bases which is annoying if you are laying in the corner - there is no up-stand on the frame to stop this...I plan to add one at each end. I just think that when you are spending this much money it should be a little better thought out.
