Some of the screw holes didn’t match up so took longer than necessary to put together. Otherwise a great patio set and very comfortable.

anonymous 14/05/2025very happy with the garden furniture fairly easy to put together with the instructions my only minor criticism is the bags with the diferent size bolts and washers in were not numbered or lettered to say which was which but was able to work out which to use at different stages of the build by the quantities of each of bolt size as stated in the instructions

anonymous 06/07/2024Customer Service was excellent & very quick at responding when I only had 2 out of 4 boxes delivered by courier. They communicated with me throughout and arranged for other 2 boxes to arrive next day. The garden set looks really good quality & seat pads are a lot thicker than others we had looked at. The only problem is raining outside in July and it looks too good to go outside.
Jane Sherwood 02/07/2024The only worry i had was the glass on top of the table,it had 4 suction pads holding it in place.As i have grandchildren,would have liked the glass to be recessed,or made more safe.
Coral Stilwell 01/07/2024I love my new furniture. Its sturdy looks far more expensive than it actually was. Put together easily. If only they would label the bags of screws it would have been even easier. Went together in no time. Highly recommend
anonymous 09/06/2024Great value for money. Easy to assemble and quality seems good. Cushions have a waterproof material but would not leave outside for prolonged periods without an appropriate cover. Cushions are also thicker and comfier than some of the high end/ high priced alternatives.
