anonymous 04/08/2024The product was delivered quick and on time, it was a shame that as the delivery came in 2 boxes they were delivered different days from the carrier. Product is sturdy and good quality, will need to see how it stands the test of time. Does definitely require 2 persons to assemble. Great that you get tools to assemble with the product and the little gadget that helps tighten the allen screws it a nifty little gadget. Did take us over 3 hours to put together but that was with taking some breaks and some of the parts weren’t labelled, but the finished product was worth the effort. It is very comfortable to sit on and looks nice in the garden. Was a small part missing but a solution was found very quickly and resolved with the excellent customer service. I purchased a few items from this company and would recommend this product.
anonymous 11/07/2024The furniture was dispatched really quickly. I received it about 3 days after I placed the order. The assembling was straight forward. Lots of diagrams and no parts missing. I also purchased a cover which fits perfectly. Now all I need is some sun 🌞
