anonymous 23/06/2024Came very quickly after ordering. Very well packaged, the best I’ve seen! Nothing missing and no damage. A word of warning though, the whole set is delivered in one huge box which would not fit through our front door but we carried it over the garden wall. The only thing that needed to be put together was the dining table which took less than 10 minutes. Very comfortable to sit on and great to have the choice of different sitting positions. The 3 seater has a recliner section on the first seat so it becomes a lounger and the 2 seater also has this so if you add the single chair to this, you have another lounger. Really pleased with this overall as I have ordered other sets like this with a price tag of £1300 and it was so uncomfortable that it was returned. This is the 3rd Outsunny order I have bought from here and I won’t hesitate to order more. This is the first company I have used that don’t send damaged or customer returns out which is highly frustrating. Brilliant service from Aesom and the delivery courier Panther.
anonymous 13/06/2024We were surprised and pleased with the structure strength, which was way better than the price suggested it might be. Tricky and long-winded to erect. Needs two people for definite. It looks decent, despite being plastic rattan. It is very comfortable to sit in and the clever design means we have an outdoor double bed. However, we understood from other sites that the cushions were waterproof. The Aosom site does NOT state this. Nevertheless, we now have cushions literally filled with rainwater after a sudden storm. Five days on, they are still leaking water! That's worth noting! They have to be kept covered, which is a further expense... and Aosom do not have suitable covers.
