Excellent service from Aosom, both with dispatch and customer service. Evri bailed on first delivery date. Reported to Aosom in case of future problems but item delivered the following day, although just dumped on doorstep with no knock on door or doorbell rung. Not Aosom's fault but Evri's delivery person! Item itself is really lovely and looks good outside on my patio. Easy to put together and very sturdy. Just 4 screws and done. I managed it fine on my own - 74 year old female - lol! I liked the fact that a lining for the floor was supplied but I did line it more comprehensively with the packing foam (after making holes in it). Planted up the following day with seeds and now looking forward to the salad I hope I'm growing :D

Elaine Bevan 11/05/2023nice looking planter ,base seems a bit flimsy for the weight of compost that is needed to fill it but time will tell. Not perfectly made,rectangle shape is a little out and some gaps in the sides are bigger than others so have lined the whole thing with ""rubble sack"" weight plastic to prevent loss of compost through the gaps.Overall it is a decent weight and will look very attractive when planted up
