The sofa set was quite straightforward. Very nice x comfortable. I would have scored a 5. But the delivery men literally just dropped it outside my gate . I had to turn the boxes on their sides x struggle the heavy boxes x3 in on my own. As they just got straight in their van after signing x drove off.

MRS MARGARET NIGHTINGALE 25/05/2025This is a lovely outdoor garden furniture set, I'd searched for ages for a really nice set and was delighted with my purchase, I would say however that it's a ""2 man job to assemble "" okay 1 person could do it....but so much easier and quicker with another pair of hands. Quality is great and it's very comfortable for seating.

anonymous 20/06/2024Very happy with my purchase. Delivery information was non existent and had 10 minutes notice. Customer service not very helpful as I was given the wrong delivery date after emailing an enquiry as I could not find a contact number. Delivery arrived over two days by the same delivery company who let me know 10 minutes before they arrived. Luckily someone was home to accept delivery.

Putting furniture together was very difficult at times as holes did not align properly and rattan was partly covering some of them, but managed it in the end, quite frustrating process, but instructions were good and finally got in done
anonymous 01/06/2024I was really sceptical about ordering from here. Seemed too good to be true. The communication from aosom was top notch and items were delivered in 2 working days. The furniture itself is perfect, a little difficult to put together (some.of the screws are hard to get to) but tools were provided and the instructions were good. The furniture is solid and really good value. Really happy with our purchase.
