The garden furniture does not disappoint. It was easy to assemble but does take 2 people and quite a time We are extremely pleased with the quality and the colour of the cushions. It's very good value for excellent quality Delivery was very quick 100% recommend

Alister 25/04/2025The set arrived within the advised delivery time which with regular updates from both Aosom and their selected Courier company this was easy to track. Obviously the 3 boxes it came it where bulky but still easier to handle through the house than fully assembled furniture. Self assembly was relatively easy as the instructions where simple to follow and all the tools you require are in the box. A few pieces had lost their identifying labels but these where relatively easy to identify from both the packing details within the instructions and by general elimination. The only piece of furniture that we found that really required 2 people to assemble was the 3 seater sofa and that was just to hold the taller pieces vertical during the tightening of bolts. We did have an issue with a single piece of the set and ironically it was the last piece of furniture to be assembled. A manufacturing defect meant that the holes for one of the assembly the bolts didn't line up, however once Aosom were made aware of the problem they were swift to offer several possible solutions, and whilst we opted to have replacement piece sent to us to allow us to just swap out the defective one, which was probably the solutions that took the longest to ultimately sort out it was the one that suited us best, so we are happy with this. Overall the set now built looks great and with so many pieces to choose from configuring a layout that suits your own requirements is simple to achieve.
anonymous 27/03/2025Fast delivery and excellent service. Instructions easy to follow and took us around 1.5 hours to assemble. Looks lovely once up. Only down side is that the table does not come with a glass top therefore not that sturdy when drinks on it. We have solved this by getting a few glass chopping boards to put on top. Cushions a good thickness.
anonymous 09/03/2025The set came flat packed, it did take 2 of us about 2.5 hours to put it all together, but well worth it. Good quality product at a really great price and enough storage to put all the cushions in. My husband says the delivery driver was a really nice guy. It was my first time shopping on Aosom but it won’t be the last, a brilliant all round experience.
