The greenhouse arrived in 2 parcels, however they arrived separately and a few days apart, hence the 3 stars. Customer service were quick to reply and confirm the second parcel was on its way. The greenhouse wax a 2 person job and took some time to put together although all of the parts were well labelled and went together quite well. It is quite light, so we have pegged it down as we do get some windy weather.

anonymous 05/01/2025We are really pleased with this. It does everything we wanted and the only let down were the instructions. In the end we gave up with the instructions and built it as we saw logic. That would be the two ends first without the roof parts. Secure it by putting the sides. Then add on the roof ends and bar. Then you can finish it off. Any other way, just collapses on you.

Very easy to assemble, extremely stable, has endured heavy winds and rain with no issue at all. The cover is a great fit and very reliable, my plants are flourishing in this, also looks great in my garden.
