Items arrived quickly although just left outside front door. This was not a problem as you could not miss it. Well boxed and all in good condition. Instructions were pretty primitive but self explanatory. Took my time and erected it by myself. Seems quite robust unlike my last one from a different supplier which was very flimsy and collapsed after first sign of wind.
