Received Greenhouse within 2 days, good customer service

I'm very happy with the greenhouse overall – it's a great size, feels sturdy once up, and suits my needs well. However, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for one major reason: the assembly process is a complete nightmare. It took three of us 12 hours to get about 70% of the way through, and not because we’re inexperienced or careless – the design and manual are just incredibly unhelpful. The instructions are confusing and sometimes omit important steps. At one point, we had to take apart both the front and back walls because the manual didn't mention placing two essential screws early on that would be needed much later. Also, the screw system is fiddly beyond belief – sliding those tiny pieces into place requires the hands of a watchmaker. If you have big fingers or low patience, I highly recommend recruiting someone with delicate hands and maybe keeping some calming tea or Xanax nearby! Tool tip: Have a pair of pointy pliers and a drill attachment for bolts ready — they’ll save you a lot of swearing and finger pain. Overall: I do recommend the product, but give yourself two full days for assembly, and do NOT even think about doing it alone. You need at least two people, but four or more is even better. Once it’s done, it’s worth it… just don’t expect it to be easy. I'll upload more photos once the greenhouse is fully completed. A few parts were missing, which I still need to request – I’ll update the review once those are sorted.

Once I got everything prepared, understood the instructions, I found this a reasonable greenhouse to build , assembling it alone in about 6hrs , wouldn't like to build this on a windy day, as it is ,naturally a flimsy frame until it's all together and all the fasteners a tightened , once together it's really a good solid product , very happy with it

Took a little while to put up. It’s great for the price I paid for it. I might eventually purchase another one as I am enjoying gardening

Once built and secured to a base correctly, it's very sturdy. You do need to employ a lot of common sense when following the instructions and don't fully tighten all the bolts until you know it's square and level. Overall I'm really pleased with it.

It was very very hard to put up the instructions need to be made much more simple and evry bit numbers but it’s up and I’m now happy whith it

Unfortunate start however all problems resolved in 24hours cannot fault the customer service. Nice looking and only time will tell if it stands up to the great British weather.

Greenhouse has been up for 11 months and has survived every winter storm so far! I'm very pleased with this purchase. Seedlings doing well, just need dryer weather to be able to work the rest of the allotment!

Pleased with the end product! Follow the instructions, don’t try to skip a step. Make sure everything is square and level or you will struggle to insert the panels. Happy building!

When I gave it to my mother she was very happy. She had always wanted to have a greenhouse to store her flowers. When I placed the order, I was worried that it was not strong enough and would be blown away when the wind was strong. But when I received it and it was assembled, I no longer worried about this problem. This greenhouse is very strong.

This is the first time I have ordered from this company so I was a little uncertain what to expect - there was no need for concern. Item was ordered on Sunday and delivered by Tuesday. Item was delivered well packaged with no signs of damage. The greenhouse looks superb now it’s built but the instructions were not easy to follow and it was very fiddly to put together - prepare yourself for two days and have two patient people. Overall I am very pleased with service and item.

My box was delivered in a timely fashion but the end of the box was open so I have no idea if anything had fallen out time will tell when I start assembling it.
