My first purchase came damaged, wasn't suitable for use, but through the communication with seller, they send us replacement for no extra cost. New set came with few cosmetic issues, but overall we're satisfied. Swing chair is sturdy and comfy and we bought this chair on promotion, so for that price is worth it.
