anonymous 11/04/2025The canopy did not fit my pergola , we checked the description and it said it was for the pergola we had bought I contacted Aosom and was told I could keep the canopy and they would give me 10% of the price which would be £2.05 ridiculous Or I could have a full refund but would have to pay them £10 to pay for the item to be returned This practice is absolutely ridiculous It needs to be made clear on the website as I'm sure many customers would think twice about ordering from this website as it appalling that customer have to pay to return items that are unsuitable.
