Aosom customer service excellent too - original shed which was delivered within a day of ordering it was missing a part so Aosom replaced it with a new shed as the part was unavailable. Our new shed came within 3 days.
anonymous 17/02/2023Another good quality shed at a very reasonable price. It was delivered quickly and when I had to contact the Customer Service Team, they were absolutely brilliant. To be honest I was quite shocked at the speed of my Email query and the follow up - I don't normally get a response within 15 minutes of any Email that I send !!!. As I said it was so close to a 5 star - (would have scored it 4.8) but it was not easy for me to set the shed up and the instructions although good, were not quite as clear as i thought they could have been. Definately needs two people. However all of the contents were clearly labelled and easy to find when required. I would definately recommend this shed but don't tighten the screws to their limit as the instructions clearly state not to do so, and this may have caused my issue. (I read them after the event and by that I mean not the picture instruction leaflet - the other instruction leaflet that I thought was a guarantee - LOL)
