The cage it self is awesome if a little tricky to out together but plush bed comes with it is rather thin

The customer service did give a full refund for the product which was lovely. I’ve since bought another one which is perfect! Great quality it’s like it’s a completely perfect product and 100% fit for use! Thank you
Perfect 08/09/2025Great quality item that went together well and is good quality for a self assembly item, My little boy Blake loves it and settled in it straight away, the locking mechanism is good and secure, I went for the slightly larger one to give him more space, which for a frenchie is ample.
Erika Schofield 29/08/2025Easy to assemble, instructions clear, hardware carefully laid out. Packaged well. Strong sturdy unit, my dog is 35kg and fits in it easily, plenty of space to stand, turn, lay down, walk. Beautiful design fits lovely in our living room.
