Clyde Jordan 02/07/2024I had no choice but to put this together by myself as I live alone,it was very difficult and I almost had it when one side fell and snapped the white plugs on the end of the screws,I managed to get it together after hours and some swearing..it looks lovely,my small athletic lab likes it,its not as wide as her metal crate but its ok for in my bedroom I think for when I go out which isnt often and for no more than 3 hours I will use the metal crate

Aimee 04/10/2023I love the cage it looks lush compared to the standard metal ones that dogs can get their paws/ jaws stuck in. easy to put together. The only thing I’d say is that the lock should be more secure because even when it’s locked if u try push it open or your dog lays against the doors it will slightly open not enough for your dog to get out but I’m scared it will damage it so I would suggest putting an extra lock on or just replacing the one it comes with. But other than that it’s a great size and f

anonymous 19/06/2023I have still not received this item 😭, tuffnells went into administration I was told another item would be sent. however no confirmation at all has been sent to me left in the dark around where the item is. I tried to contact aosom today but no response. my score for the item is three stars however that is just because I have not received it. seems like a right nightmare. going to give it till the end of the week and then will contact my credit card company for advice. they automatically said I have received my item as well which is not the case. very upset at the moment as this was suppose to help my dog stay calm when I leave him.
