Absolutely love how this looks in my living room. Dog prefers it much better than her old crate and is in this a lot more, it was bigger than I thought too. Was easy to assembly and very sturdy and I love how it’s also magnetic on the door before you put the lock on. Perfect for my pooch!
anonymous 03/10/2024Ordering / service simple and was kept up to date on shipping. The product is easy to assemble, correct on size ( I have a Staffy ) and looks wonderful in the corner of my living room. The structure is solid and spare screws etc are supplied. The only downside was the firm that delivered it to me. The full address was supplied at ordering and in emails sent to me, but they insist that a full address was not supplied, only road name and postcode. The solution they suggested was to download their app and use What 3 Words. I did not want to download their app. So I had my delivery nearly 4 days late. Aosom were great tho.
