Jackie Armstrong 22/06/2024The few of the panels were bent. Not the frame itself but the inner, it was like something round and heavy was resting on the box which bent it. Also on one panel one of the welds came off.

Lulu 10/01/20242. The side panels & the door are built with a supporting strut that provides a half way up climbing point for dogs to scramble up onto before then being able to launch themselves up and over the top. We bought the 1m high sided version thinking it would prevent them escaping over the top. I think this could have been better designed to prevent climbing. I may have to attach flat panels around ours to stop our dogs. For these reasons I give 4 stars overall.
