anonymous 23/07/2023We ordered this on a Friday, delivered on Saturday - broken strut so iI contacted them via the chat and email and although I wasn't happy with their suggestion they agreed to my preferred option and within 2 days a new gate had arrived and am just waiting for the discount to be applied. Basically within a week we had come to a very amicable solution and a new gate had arrived without any quibbling. The gate is ideal for what we wanted, it is sturdy and I am SOOO impressed - I never give full mark - the only slight snag was EVRI it was coming, it wasn't but it did very soeedily. I hope I can find another product here as I have no hesitation in using them again absolutley excellent
