I did have some issues regarding ordering two of the same product by mistake and it took a couple of days to cancel the second order however apart from that the service has been fantastic. very fast delivery and smooth. the product is great quality, it was quite tough to set up and instructions were a little confusing at times but overall a great product and my bunny loves it. would highly recommend and would definitely use Aosom in the future🙂

anonymous 29/05/2025Takes about 1 and a half hours to put together and good detailed instructions. Could do with extra support in places and the wood is quite soft so how long this will last I'm not sure. Mine contains 2 young guinea pigs so may have to expand when they've grown.
Elroy Raman 30/06/2024My husband said the directions weren’t that easy to follow and needed my help, so definitely a two person job. Seems sturdy enough but the minute we put our rabbit in there, she started to bite the wood. Hopefully it lasts long. I wish there were more space with the ramp in there. She can’t use it properly and jumps up to the next level, using the ramp as a guide. The drawers aren’t easy to slide and the doors aren’t easy to open and close. But it will work for now.
anonymous 12/06/2024Great hutch, my bunny seems happy. There is damage to one of the panels which i know can't be helped with delivery sometimes so i just hope this wont affect the use. Apart from that, all seems okay !
anonymous 21/03/2024This is a super hutch for my rabbit. It was so easy to put together. He can see out where ever he is in the hutch, all be it on the top box as the roof has the wire top, along with the base roof the same. He loves the little ramp up into his bed bit. It’s so easy to clean out with the floors being drawers that you just pull out, clean and push back in, simple. I would recommend this hutch to anyone. I think with the size of this one you would only manage one rabbit in it.

anonymous 03/08/2023I have 2 medium sized adult bunnies and they both have room to stand and jump. I didn't attach the ramp and they can jump up and down from the top floor with no issues. Better than expected. The painted finish ain't great but acceptable for the price. My only issue is with the delivery company who left the package in my mail room rather than bring it to my flat door and it was heavy.

anonymous 01/02/2023I was looking for a cage for my daughter’s 2 Guinea pigs she wants for her birthday. It’s perfect! Plenty of room, good quality, very easy to assemble. Very quick delivery. Used this site first time but I will no doubt be returning soon!
anonymous 06/01/2023Really nice. Had to assemble on my own which wasn’t ideal but needs must. A section didn’t completely align but isn’t overly noticeable. If they could design in holding or positioning features it would be easier to assemble. My Guineas like it and it smells nice.
